Method
  1. Put the stock to boil.
  2. Add the green chilli, mushrooms, cauliflower, lemon grass and salt and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice.
  4. Serve hot, with chillies in vinegar.

Tips
  1. You can also add other vegetables like broccoli and baby corn instead of the mushrooms.

Nice clear soup which has a lovely vegetable stalk flavor enhanced with addition of lemon grass. Addition of mushrooms and cauliflower add to the health.
