An unusual combination of ingredients that makes an amazing dip. This Healthy dip is sure to be a star of your table.

Ingredients

1 cup soft tofu , diced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp finely minced garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp finely minced onions
1 tsp finely minced slit green chillies
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp tamarind (imli) paste
1 tsp honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method
  1. Remove any extra water from tofu.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
  3. Serve it with bread/veggies/Wontons.
  4. That's it!!!
