Ingredients

Method
  1. Mash the tofu and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown in colour.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add the green chillies and tomatoes and cook on a slow flame for 5 mins.
  6. Add the mashed tofu and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
