Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds to a paste using 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the green chillies and onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the sesame paste and cook on a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes till all the water had evaporated.
  5. Add the potatoes and salt and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add the mint, coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.

Tips
  1. You can use cubes of boiled potatoes instead of the baby potatoes.
