Beans laced with a lemon and chaat masala dressing to make a protein and fibre rich nourishing salad. Keep your blood sugar and cholesterol levels in check with this salad.

Preparation Time: 
Makes 4 servings


Ingredients

2 1/2 cups soaked and boiled mixed beans
(rajma , chawli, hara chana)
3/4 cup sliced spring onions
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1 to 2 green chillies , finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl for the salad, mix well and refrigerate till chill.
  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with coriander.

Excellent source of protein, Three Bean Salad is very healthy. Its a mix of rajma, kabuli chana and hara chana. Go for it as its very tasty too.
