Thai stir fry is a healthy and delicious stir fry recipe with the assorted veggies tossed over with peanut sauce and choicest herbs. Enjoy as a side dish or with rice noodles.
- Heat the oil in a wok
- Saute grated garlic cloves until light brown
- Add greenchillis saute for 2-3 seconds
- Now add cut vegetables and saute them for 2 min
- Add salt and soy sauce
