The Thai Smoothie is a drink with an oriental touch. Chilled coconut milk gets a very flavourful boost with cardamom, our everyday Indian spice! When mangoes are in season, feel free to use them instead of canned mango pulp.

Thai Smoothie, Mango, Curd and Coconut Milk Smoothie recipe - How to make Thai Smoothie, Mango, Curd and Coconut Milk Smoothie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 big glasses

1/2 cup chilled mango pulp
1/2 cup chilled thick coconut milk
1 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi)
3 tbsp sugar
2 pinches cardamom (elaichi) powder
  1. Combine the coconut milk, mango pulp, curds, sugar and cardamom powder and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

delicious smoothie recipe and mango, coconut milk and curds is very good combo for smoothie... i love this smoothie...

The tangy flavour of mango blends very well with the coconut milk, the thickness of the coconut milk gives a creamy texture to the Thai Smoothie.
