Tapioca/cassava dosa

Keep the tawa on high flame till you finish preparing the dosa.

Par Boiled Rice: 2 cups
Grated Tapioca: 1 1/2 cup
Salt: 21/4 tsp
Green Chillies: 7
Asafoetida : 1/4 tsp


  1. Soak rice for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the rice with green chillies and asafoetida and salt.
  3. Mix the grated tapioca with the batter.
  4. Pour immediately after grinding.
  5. Pour like 'rawa dosa'.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
