Makes 0.75 cup

1 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup of water
salt to taste

  1. Heat the oil in a small pan, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook until the sauce thickens.
