Method
  1. Combine all the masala ingredients along with ten curry leaves and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the curds, lemon juice, rice flour, salt and four tbsp oil, add to the grounded masala and blend again till smooth.
  3. Add the paneer pieces to this masala paste and keep aside to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a kadai, add the paneer pieces in small batches and fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
