Ingredients

Method

  1. Soak tamarind, cleaned of stone etc ,over night ,
  2. Water 2 times of tamarind
  3. Morning sieve it ,
  4. Add sugar
  5. Boil it ,till thickened like madhu
  6. Close fire
  7. Bottle in boiling bottels ,cap it.
  8. Serve with cold water 2-5 tsp juice ,add cumin seed rasted powder ,black pepper powder ,black salt ,fresh pudina
  9. ,can take with plain water also
