Ingredients


50 to 60 leaves steamed spinach (2 bunches)
8 small boiled potatoes, cut into halves
1 1/2 cups cooked corn
2 onions, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

For the serving
1 tbsp grated cheese

Method
  1. Steam the spinach leaves for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  3. Add the green chilli and tomatoes and fry again for 1 minute.
  4. Add the spinach, potatoes, corn and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese. Serve hot.
