A Chinese cuisine inspired winter soup recipe, Sweet and sour soup has vegetables which are simmered in a sweet and sour vegetable stock or broth.

  1. Heat the oil and then fry green chiilies and garlic chopped. add all the vegetales and trir for 10-15 minutes on low fire. keep aside the vegetables.
  2. For preparation of soup gravy.
  3. Make the very thin paste or ararot (corn flour) and heat it till the consistency is little thick. add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato kethchup, salt . now add all the vegetable in the gravy and serve hot.
