Ingredients

100 ml. fresh tamarind (imli) pulp
200 gms jaggery (gur) , crumbled
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the honey and salt,in a pan and simmer till the sauce reduces to half.
  2. Cool and add the honey and salt. Mix well.
