It can also be served as a sweet pudding with whipped cream or ice cream.
- 1)peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely.combine with the milk.
- 2)beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar,continuing until light and fluffy. combine with the cinnamon and the nuts.
- 3)stir into the potatoes and milk and pour the mixture into a lightly buttered shallow baking dish.dot with the remaining butter.
- 4)bake about 45minutes to 1hour in a pre-heated180degrees c/350degrees f gas mark 4 oven. bake until the pudding is set and serve it
