Ingredients

To Be Mixed Together For The Salad
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) , crushed
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped radish pods (mogri)
1/4 cup boiled moong (whole green gram)
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
1 slice canned pineapple , chopped

To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp roasted corn flakes
Method
  1. In a deep bowl, add the salad and dressing and toss gently.
  2. Garnish it with corn flakes and coconut.
  3. Serve with hot soup and khakra.
