A nutritious, low fat, low cholesterol chatpatta veggie chaat that relies on low fat paneer to stay 'heart-friendly'.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil on a non-stick tava (griddle), add the onions and fry for a while.
  2. Add the green chillies, ginger and capsicum and fry again.
  3. Add all the other remaining ingredients, mix well and sauté for some time.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
