Sweet Corn Clear Soup with Sauf recipe - How to make Sweet Corn Clear Soup with Sauf

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 4 servings

1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup fresh green peas
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
4 cups vegetable stock
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar

For The Garnish
4 tbsp cornflakes
  1. Bring the vegetable stock to boil in a deep pan and add all vegetables, mix well and cook untill tender.
  2. Add all spices, mix well and boil for half minute.
  3. Serve hot garnished with corn flakes
