A colorful display of colored vegetable, boiled pasta, lime juice, olive oil, seasonings and tossed prawn or chicken makes this Sunshine salad a must try salad recipe. Accompany the salad with breads and you have a complete meal in front of you within minutes.

1 cup golden american corn (makai ke dane)
1/2 red capsicum and capsicum
3 to 4 small red radish
1 carrot
1 green cucumber
1 cup boiled pasta
1 spring onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
lemon juice to taste
salt to taste


  1. Parboil the american corn and drain.
  2. Chop the vegetables into cubes and mix in a bowl.
  3. Mix all the dressings ingredients in a bottle and shake well.
  4. Pour all over the salad.
