A lip smacking snack recipe, Suji toast has the suji or semolina mixed with vegetables as topping on the bread slices. Toast the suji coated slices and enjoyed it hot with sauce or chutney.

Ingredients


6 to 7 bread slices (sides removed)
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
3 to 6 tbsp oil or butter or ghee

Method

  1. Remove the bread sides.
  2. Cut them into desied shapes.
  3. Apply oil on i side .
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Mix in a bowl...
  6. Chopped tomatoes,onion,shimlamirch,malai,salt,blackpepper powder,
  7. Apply on the side where oil is not applied
  8. Heat a pan
  9. Fry the bread slices wid the mixture on it from both the sides
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney as u desire.
