Strawberries have a way of exciting young and old alike. With its exotic and exhilarating flavour and appealing colour, it steals everybody’s heart, making the Strawberry And Lemonade Float a very pleasant surprise indeed. Crushed and sweetened strawberries, topped with ice-cream and lemonade, this treat is sure to remind everybody of the good old ‘ice-cream soda’ days! Coming in a flavour that has universal appeal, it gets all the more irresistible!
Method- Combine the mashed strawberries and sugar in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the strawberry-sugar mixture into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- Just before serving, pour 1 portion of the strawberry-sugar mixture in a glass, put 2 tbsp of vanilla ice-cream over it and finally pour ½ cup of lemonade over it.
- Repeat step 3 to make 3 more glasses.
- Serve immediately.
