Method
  1. Combine the curds, cream and sugar substitute together in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the strawberries and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve chilled.

Handy tip:

  1. To avoid the curds from turning sour, prepare it only 2 hours before use.

Variation:peach yoghurt:

  1. Instead of crushed strawberries, use ½ cup of finely chopped stewed peaches.
