Ingredients


1 1/2 cups cream cheese
1/2 cup whipped cream
3 to 4 tbsp strawberry crush

For the garnish
 whipped cream
fresh strawberries

Method
  1. Mix the mashed strawberries with the cream cheese.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Adjust the sugar to your liking.
  4. Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate till set.
  5. Serve garnished with whipped cream and strawberries.

Tips
  1. You can use strawberry crush or 10 to 12 fresh strawberries mashed with 2 tablespoons sugar.
  2. You can use an equal quantity of any other fruit of your choice.
