Strawberry Layered Cake

Ingredients


18 nice biscuits
200 gms (7 oz.) fresh cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberry
1 cup orange juice
grated chocolate for decoration

Method
  1. Beat the cream with the sugar until thick.
  2. Dip 6 biscuits in the orange juice and arrange on a plate. Spread some sweetened cream over these and then place a few strawberries on top.
  3. Make two more layers in this way.
  4. Finally, cover the cake with the balance cream.
  5. Chill.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle grated chocolate on top and decorate with the balance strawberries.
  7. Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
