This is one of my favourite breakfast shakes. Wham I am in a hurry, I simply gulp it down and rush out. Packed with protein, calcium, iron, vitamin C and fibre too, this is a delicious drink.
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
- Serve chilled
- For best results, ensure that all the ingredients are chilled.
