This is one of my favourite breakfast shakes. Wham I am in a hurry, I simply gulp it down and rush out. Packed with protein, calcium, iron, vitamin C and fibre too, this is a delicious drink.

1/2 cup ripe strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup chickoo cubes
1 cup milk

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidiser.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses.
  3. Serve chilled

  1. For best results, ensure that all the ingredients are chilled.
