A medley of assorted veggies and calcium rich paneer is seasoned with soya sauce, peanuts and til for enhanced flavours.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan or wok, add the paneer strips and cook till they are golden brown.
  2. Add the broccoli, baby corn, capsicum and mushrooms and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the soya sauce and cornflour with ½ cup water and add the vegetables, stirring constantly till the suace thickens and glaze develops.
  4. Stir in the sesame seeds, peanuts, salt and pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
