A light lemon grass flavoured soup, steaming on a burner surrounded by a selection of bowlfuls of flavourings and vegetables from which each guest can mix and match to prepare his own special soup.
- In a pot, simmer all the ingredients till they release their flavours. This should take about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain and keep aside.
- Keep the vessel containing the soup on a burner, surrounded by bowls of the other ingredients.
- Allow your guests to mix and match ingredients, adding as much as they like.
- Serve the soup piping hot.
