Sprouted Fruity Bean Salad recipe - How to make Sprouted Fruity Bean Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Serves 6.

1 cup mixed boiled sprouted pulses (moong, moath beans, chana etc.)
3/4 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup orange segments
2 tbsp cut grapes
2 tbsp sliced white radish
3/4 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup chopped spinach (palak)
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli (optional)
salt to taste

To be mixed into a dressing
3/4 cup curds (dahi)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the salad.
  2. Just before serving top it with the dressing and refrigerate.
  3. Serve chilled.
