Ingredients


100 gms fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 cup sugar
2 cups water (for kachi chasni)

Method

  1. Mix paneer and maida together,mash it very well
  2. Make small dough
  3. Boil water and put sugar into it
  4. Boil it for some time
  5. Put all the doughs into the chasni.
  6. Cook it for 3 to 5 min
  7. Sponge rasgullas are ready.
  8. Serve cool.
