Method
  1. Mix the gram flour, chilli powder, salt and enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Dip a few spinach leaves at a time into the batter. Drop them in hot oil and deep fry until crisp.
  3. Place the hot pakodas on a serving plate.
  4. Serve with sweet chutney, chilli powder, cumin seed powder and fresh curds.
