Spicy Vegetable Chapathi

Add some yeast to the dough and let it ferment and we get a more spongy paratha

1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
processed cheese for topping
tomato cancassey 1/4 th cup
1 cup green peas
beans all boiled and chopped
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
chilli powder
salt to taste
chilli paste
ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
dried mango powder (amchur)
water as required
white pepper powder


  1. To a bowl add wheat flor, maida,salt,oil,water,haldi,salt,ginger garlik paste amchur and mix well and make chappathi circles
  2. And keep aside the unrosted circles
  3. Now to a bowl make a mixture of all bioled veges add salt whitepepper powderand required masalas according to ur choise
  4. Now on the chappathi sperad tomato cancassey and a layer of vegges and cheese and a unrosted chapathi on it and sceal it now we have a paratha now roast it the chese melts in and very good to taste .serve hot with dhai raw onions and achar
