Add some yeast to the dough and let it ferment and we get a more spongy paratha
- To a bowl add wheat flor, maida,salt,oil,water,haldi,salt,ginger garlik paste amchur and mix well and make chappathi circles
- And keep aside the unrosted circles
- Now to a bowl make a mixture of all bioled veges add salt whitepepper powderand required masalas according to ur choise
- Now on the chappathi sperad tomato cancassey and a layer of vegges and cheese and a unrosted chapathi on it and sceal it now we have a paratha now roast it the chese melts in and very good to taste .serve hot with dhai raw onions and achar
