Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil and butter together, add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes, ginger and turmeric powder and cook till the oil separates.
  3. Add the black salt, pav bhaji masala, salt and lemon juice and mix together.
  4. Toss in the idlis and mix well.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
