Spicy Paneer Stir-fry recipe - How to make Spicy Paneer Stir-fry

1 1/2 tsp oil
1 small sized tomato , diced
1 1/2 tsp chilli-garlic sauce or tandoori paste
1 small sized onion , diced
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
450 gms paneer (cottage cheese) , diced
salt to taste
1 large sized capsicum , diced
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania) for garnish
  1. Heat the oil in a large wok and add the tomatoes. Cober and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add chilli-garlic sauce and onions along with the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder and garam masala, mix well and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes, while stirring once in between.
  3. Add the capsicum and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the salt and paneer and cook on a slow flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
