Ingredients

4 capsicum , cut into long strips
oil for frying

For The Batter
5 tbsp cornflour
5 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
3 green chillies , finely chopped

To Serve
chilli-garlic sauce
green garlic sauce

Method
  1. Mix the ingredients for the batter and add enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Dip the capsicum strips into the batter and deep fry in oil.
  3. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce and green garlic sauce.
