Consumption of pasta made from refined flour is not recommended during pregnancy to avoid unnecessary weight gain. The almonds make this delicacy vitamin e rich and the cheese further adds calcium to create a thoroughly satisfying meal.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent.
- Add the red chilli flakes and vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add the spaghetti, white sauce, cream, cheese, almonds, mustard paste, salt and pepper and mix gently.
- Cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot.
