Ingredients


3 cups Boiled whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 cup boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, capsicum, corn, mushrooms), cubed
1 recipe White Sauce
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup roasted and chopped almonds (badam)
3/4 tsp French style mustard, refer handy tip
1 tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method

    How to proceed

    1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent.
    2. Add the red chilli flakes and vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes.
    3. Add the spaghetti, white sauce, cream, cheese, almonds, mustard paste, salt and pepper and mix gently.
    4. Cook for a few more minutes.
    5. Serve hot.
