A delectable patties recipe, Spaghetti pattis are prepared by mashing boiled potatoes and stuffing the potato balls with boiled spaghetti mix. The spaghetti patties are deep fried and served hot with mint chutney and ketchup.

Ingredients


1/2 kg potatoes
1 tsp crushed green chillies
5 to 6 mint leaves (phudina), chopped
2 cups boiled spaghetti
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
3 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes.
  2. Remove the skin quickly and mash it .
  3. Add salt & cornflour to potatoes,and make a smooth dough.

for the stuffing

  1. Mix spagheti,cheese chillies mint and salt to taste.
  2. Make small balls of it.
  3. Make the same quantity balls from potatoes.
  4. Now take one ball of potato and spread in your hands round.
  5. Then put the stuffing ball inside the pattis & roll up like round pattis.
  6. Do the same with the rest.
  7. When they are all ready, deep fry in hot oil, till light golden brown.
  8. Serve with hot or sweet chutney.
