Ingredients


3/4 cup cream
2 tbsp lemon juice or 2 tbsp thick curds (dahi)
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

Method
  1. Beat the cream lightly.
  2. Add the ingredients and mix.
  3. Store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
  4. Serve cold.
