A great accompaniment to mexican dishes like burritos and tortillas, this sour cream balances the creaminess with a sour tang. Serve it with re-fried beans or guacamole with mexican recipes.

200 gms fresh cream
1 to 2 tbsp thick curds (dahi)
2 pinches of salt

  1. Beat the cream until thick.
  2. Add the curds and salt and mix well.
