Mexicans have used their popular 'corn' to make a mild corn soup flavoured with green onions.
- Put the corn, milk and green onions in a mixer and blend into a smooth puree.
- Heat the butter and fry the flour for 1/2 minute.
- Add the corn mixture, 2 cups of water and salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
