A tangy, crunchy salad with a difference! Raw papaya is chopped and mixed in with tomatoes, long beans, chillies, crushed peanuts, sugar, salt and chilli powder and a nice sprinkling of soya sauce and lemon juice. Garnish with plenty of coriander.
- Combine the ingredients and toss well.
- Store refrigerated till use.
- Serve chilled.
