Extremely light in texture with absence of fat, is a perfect for gateau or base for desserts or even bake it in a 6” diameter cake tin to serve it casually for tea time
- Sieve the flour.
- Beat the eggs and sugar very well until thick and double in quantity.
- Fold in the well-sieved flour carefully and mix gently with a metal spoon.
- Add in the vanilla essence and mix well.Small fatless sponge mixture is ready. Use it as per the recipe.
