- Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda bi-carb together.
- Mix the condensed milk, flour mixture, 75 ml. of water, vanilla essence and melted butter thoroughly to get dropping consistency.
- Fill tiny paper cups upto three-quarter height with the mixture and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 20 minutes.
- Cool the cakes.
- Sprinkle a little water when the cakes are cool.
