Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add methi seeds,jeera seeds and hing.
  3. Then add 3tbsp.besan.
  4. Stir it till it becomes red.
  5. Add water and let it boil.
  6. Add diced potatoes,finely cut carrots and slice the bhindis in the centre and add them whole.
  7. Add tamarind pulp,kokam,curry leaves,termeric powder and salt.
  8. Let it boil for few minutes.
  9. Take 1 tbsp.besan in a bowl
  10. Add little water mix it well and add it to the curry.
  11. Boil the curry till the vegetables are cooked and the curry becomes a little thick.
