This creamy delicacy is made with all the goodness of milk without the fat since we have used hung low fat curds. Use fresh curds for best results. You can also add strawberries or pineapples instead of the saffron and cardamom to make a fruit flavoured shrikhand.
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve chilled.
- Approx. 2 cups fresh curds will give you 1 cup hung curds. You have to hang the curds in a thin muslin cloth for approx. 25 minutes.
