- Sandwich the biscuits with the butter icing and also apply the icing on the sides.
- Add the colour to the desiccated coconut, mix well and roll the biscuits in this coconut.
- Add a little cocoa to some of the butter cream and pipe the icing over the biscuits.
- Dredge with icing sugar.
