Method
  1. Sandwich the biscuits with the butter icing and also apply the icing on the sides.
  2. Add the colour to the desiccated coconut, mix well and roll the biscuits in this coconut.
  3. Add a little cocoa to some of the butter cream and pipe the icing over the biscuits.
  4. Dredge with icing sugar.
