Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the semolina and roast it till it turns in light brown colour. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  2. Combine 1 cup of water, milk, sugar, cardamom powder and raisins, mix well bring it to boil.
  3. Add the roasted semolina and stir continously till sugar syrup and semolina get mixed throughly.
  4. Add the cashewnuts, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.

Also 2-3 cloves Jaifal pinch grated And cinnamon to be fried in ghee and shira ,prepared , Gives too good taste.
