Ingredients


5 tsp dehydrated onion flakes or onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
6 tsp sesame seeds (til) , lightly roasted
2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , lightly roasted
2 tsp dried oregano
2 pinches of citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients and blend in a blender. Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
