Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger and sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the asparagus, baby corn, carrot, snow peas, salt and pepper and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
