A five-star hit with kids! the combination of cottage cheese and cream results in a truly luscious spread, which none can resist. Serve these rolls plain, lightly toasted or grilled.

Ingredients


To Be Mixed Into A Spread
1/4 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp finely grated paneer
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce

Other Ingredients
4 sesame bread rolls
1 tbsp butter
4 large lettuce leaves
2 cucumbers, sliced
8 thin slices of paneer
1 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
salt and to taste

Method
  1. Cut each bread horizontally into two and toast them lightly on a tava (griddle).
  2. On the lower half of a bun, place a lettuce leaf and 1 tbsp of the spread.
  3. Place a few cucumber slices and 2 slices of paneer over it.
  4. Finally sprinkle ΒΌ tbsp of dill leaves, salt and pepper over it.
  5. Cover with the remaining half of the bun and press it lightly.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls. Serve immediately.

Handy tip :

  1. Rolls, commonly called as bread rolls, resemble mini burgers and are commonly enriched with sesame seeds. However, bread rolls may vary in shapes and sizes.
